Rural Leadership ND to Meet in Dickinson

Dickinson will host the Rural Leadership North Dakota Seminar Six Nov. 30-Dec. 2.  The three-day seminar will take place at the Ramada Grand Dakota Hotel, attracting approximately 30 delegates.
 
Throughout the seminar, participants will understand the relationship between agriculture, natural resources, and communities, in addition to critiquing their communities using the seven capitals of healthy community’s framework.
 
The seminar begins Wednesday at 10 a.m., followed by a community capitals presentation and other informative meetings. Thursday includes day-trips to Medora and Belfield. A reflective seminar will be held Friday, concluding the event. For complete schedule details, visit www.ag.ndsu.edu/RLND.
 
The Rural Leadership North Dakota Program is an 18-month dynamic leadership development program. The program curriculum is designed to be immediately applicable to both active and inexperienced leaders. Each seminar features a mix of personal development, leadership study, and location-related subject matter. The RLND Program is designed for men and women who are dedicated to strengthening the agriculture community, their community, and the state of North Dakota for the future.
