The Mystic Theatre was built in 1914, and is now owned by the Marmarth Historical Society. In 1999, the Society obtained a grant to restore the building; the theatre is now listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. Believed to be the oldest theatre in the state that was built as a theater and remains a theater. The Mystic Theatre went through a complete renovation in 1999. Open by appointment only by calling 701-279-6996. A great day trip from Dickinson, ND!
